This policy outlines the terms regarding the fulfillment of physical NFC hardware and the subscription of digital services provided by Zapmonc. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY (PHYSICAL GOODS) Zapmonc provides high-quality NFC-enabled hardware including business cards, tags, and stickers. We currently ship exclusively within the Republic of India.
1.1 Processing Time: Since our products are customized with your professional branding, we require 3 to 5
business days for production, encoding, and quality testing before dispatch.
1.2 Shipping Partners: We utilize premium courier services (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC) to ensure safe
delivery. Transit time typically ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending on your location in India.
1.3 Tracking: A tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS once the shipment is handed over to our logistics
partner.
2. REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Our refund policy is divided into two distinct categories based on the nature of the product:

Once a digital vCard has been generated and the subscription (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime) has been

immediately upon purchase.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 Order Cancellation: You may cancel your physical hardware order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, the production process begins, and cancellations are no longer accepted.
3.2 Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time via your dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.
4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at support@zapmonc.com. For internal hardware defects (non-functional chips), please provide a video proof of the scan failure within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a free replacement.
