Official Logistics & Fulfillment Framework for Zapmonc Physical Products


This Shipping and Delivery Policy governs the physical distribution of NFC-enabled hardware products purchased through Zapmonc.com, operated by Apes N Monkeys Innovations Pvt Ltd. We are committed to ensuring your professional networking tools reach you safely and efficiently across India.


1. GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE

Currently, Zapmonc facilitates shipping strictly within the domestic borders of India. We cover all major Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities, as well as rural pin codes serviced by our national courier partners. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. THE FULFILLMENT LIFECYCLE

Because our NFC cards and tags are often customized with high-precision branding and digital encoding, the lifecycle from order to delivery follows a strict professional timeline:


  1. Order Verification & Design Approval (Day 0-1): Once an order is placed, our design team reviews the uploaded assets. If there are resolution issues, we will contact you immediately. 
  2. Production & Encoding (Day 1-3): Your card is printed with UV-stable inks and the NTAG21X chip is encoded with your unique Zapmonc profile link. 
  3. Quality Assurance (Day 4): Every card is scanned and tested on both Android and iOS environments to ensure 100% tap-reliability before dispatch. 
  4. Dispatch & Transit (Day 5+): The item is handed over to our logistics partners. 


3. SHIPPING TIMELINES & ESTIMATES

Region - Estimated Transit Time

Hyderabad & Telangana - 1 - 2 Business Days

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) - 3 - 5 Business Days

Rest of India - 5 - 7 Business Days

North-East & J&K - 7 - 10 Business Days


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery distance. From time to time, we may offer "Free Shipping" promotions for bulk orders or premium yearly/lifetime subscription bundles.


5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Our courier partners will attempt delivery a maximum of three (3) times. If the recipient is unavailable, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center in Hyderabad. 


Note: Re-shipping a returned order will incur additional logistics charges equivalent to the original shipping fee.


6. DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

While we use reinforced, tamper-evident packaging, if you receive a package that is torn or opened, please refuse the delivery and mark the reason on the courier's manifest. Contact our support team within 24 hours at support@zapmonc.com with photos of the damaged packaging.
